Moisture absorption and quick drying performance refers to the ability to quickly absorb sweat produced by the body, expel it to the outer layer as much as possible, and evaporate it as soon as possible, keeping the body as dry as possible. GB/T21655.1-2008 "Evaluation of moisture absorption and rapid drying properties of textiles - Part 1: Single combination test method" characterizes the fabric's ability to adsorb liquid sweat by its water absorption rate, drip diffusion time, and core absorption height; Characterize the rapid drying performance of fabrics in liquid sweat state by their water evaporation rate and moisture permeability under specified air conditions. This standard specifies specific technical requirements for knitted and woven products that are clearly classified as moisture absorbing and quick drying products. GB/T21655.2-2008 "Evaluation of moisture absorption and quick drying properties of textiles - Part 2: Dynamic moisture transfer method" stipulates that the testing method is: when the fabric sample is placed horizontally, liquid water will diffuse along the fabric's immersion surface after contact with its immersion surface, and transfer from the fabric's immersion surface to the infiltration surface, while diffusing at the fabric's infiltration surface, The process of changing water content is a function of time. After the sample is immersed in water and dropped into the test solution, a sensor in close contact with the sample is used to measure the dynamic transfer of liquid water, calculate a series of performance indicators, and evaluate the moisture absorption, quick drying, and sweat wicking properties of the textile.
